FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ENTERED ONLY – NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY!

Thanks for entering, here is some information that will help the day run more smoothly.

Venue – Philips Park, Whitefield. M45 7QJ

Sign in – 8:30 – 9:45

Briefing – 9:55

Race time – 10:00 – 12:00

Presentation – 12:45 approx. Depending on the winner’s finish time and result analysis.

• On arrival follow the signs for the competitor’s car park. If you want to put up a gazebo please do it in the start finish field, not the car park. If you can car share or find an alternative method of getting to the event it would help as car park space is limited.

• After parking follow the red signs to The Barn Centre for sign in. Please try and be early to avoid delays.

• Numbers and pins will be issued at sign in. These are to go on your left sleeve. If you don’t want to put a pin through your cycling top bring some tape or an alternative method of fixing.

• Hot food and drinks will be available for the duration of the event.

• Toilets are available in The Barn Centre.

• First aid control will be at the start finish area. First aiders and a support vehicle will be out on the course.

• Make sure that your bike is in good working order.

• Helmets must be worn at all times when on the track.

• Bike changes are allowed, but only in the start/finish area.

• Expect it to be cold, wet and muddy, so dress accordingly.
